I go to a great yoga studio that offers child care at some of its classes. Check them out –
Your first class is free and it is $40 for an unlimited first month. Child care is $5/kid and is available:

Monday’s : 12-12:45 - Vinyasa Flow
Tuesday’s: 12-12:45 - Flow
1:30-2:30 - Intro to Yoga
Wednesday’s: 12-12:45 - Core
1:30-2:30 - Flow
Thursday’s: 9:30-10:30 – Exploring Yoga For Beginners
12:00-12:45 – Hatha
1:30 – 2:30 – Core

They also have a great tea room where you can sit and relax after class while your kids still play.

Parents we will be offering childcare at some of the classes. Let me know the times you are interested in so we can arrange it.

Monday - Friday 6AM-7AM Rise and Shine - if you are an early riser or looking to try something new-come and see me!
Mon 1:30 - 2:30- foundations
Wed 1:30 - 2:30 - core
Wed 4-5 - Flow
Fri 4 - 5 - flow
5:15 - 6:15 - foundations
