REDISCOVER YOUTH

When it comes to Men’s health, education is severely lacking.
Testosterone is very important for
* brain-mood-mental agility,
* strong bones
* muscle building and strength
* erectile function and Libido

What isn’t talked about is
- confidence.
- medication like prostate meds, antidepressants, blood pressure meds.
- blood vessel health.

When blood vessels age, blood flow decreases.

Low blood flow cannot be corrected with testosterone.
Acoustic wave therapy is cutting edge, painless and widely studied as the safest treatment to restore blood flow fast.

Fruit, vegetables… and cancer risk? Here’s what current discussion actually suggests 👇

A paper presented at the American Association for Cancer Research explored a possible link between higher intake of fruits, vegetables, and grains and increased lung cancer rates in younger, non-smoking populations, particularly among women.

This does not mean these foods cause cancer.
What it raises is a more nuanced question:

👉 Could pesticide exposure be a contributing factor?

What the debate says

Authors suggested:
• Increased exposure to pesticides (common on conventionally grown produce) may play a role

Critics pointed out:
• No direct measurement of pesticide levels in participants
• Lack of proper control comparisons

So, the findings are not definitive, but they open the door for further investigation into environmental toxin exposure.

❓What we do know about toxins

Pesticides fall under endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs), which are known to:
• Interfere with hormone balance
• Disrupt cellular function
• Impair metabolism
• Increase fat storage
• Suppress immune function

A compromised immune system reduces the body’s ability to detect and eliminate abnormal (including cancerous) cells.

It’s not one food - it’s TOTAL TOXIC BURDEN!

Cancer risk is not about eating fruits or vegetables.

It’s about:
• Cumulative toxin exposure
• Metabolic health
• Genetic detox capacity (detoxigenomics)

Why do some people react strongly to fragrances, chemicals, or other smells while others don’t?

👉 Differences in how the body processes and eliminates toxins.

‼️Metabolism matters more than most realize

There is strong evidence linking:
• Insulin resistance
• Blood sugar dysregulation

…to increased cancer risk.

Important context:
• Fruit contains fructose (along with beneficial fibre and nutrients)
• Grains and high sugar intake can worsen insulin resistance in susceptible individuals

When metabolic health declines, disease risk rises.

The bigger picture

⁉️Health in today’s world is complex.

We are exposed daily to:
• Environmental chemicals
• Food contaminants
• Air and water pollutants

These contribute to:
• Oxidative stress
• Hormonal disruption
• Accelerated aging

📗Takeaway

✔️ Fruits and vegetables are not the enemy
✔️ But how they are grown and your total exposure to toxins matters
✔️ Each person has a unique tolerance based on genetics and metabolism

Lowering your toxic burden is one of the most overlooked foundations of long-term health.

Simple places to start
• Wash and, when possible, choose organic for high-pesticide produce (the dirty dozen)
• Reduce exposure to toxins which includes body care and make up (almost all contain EDC’s), synthetic fragrances, household chemicals.
• Support metabolic health (blood sugar balance matters)

In a world where toxins are unavoidable, awareness becomes a powerful tool.

❓❓Where are you actively reducing toxin exposure in your daily life?
