For Midnight Rev Up Autoshow, our spaces traded stages and sessions for horsepower, stunning builds, and some seriously impressive machines.

Different events. Different crowd. Same space, completely transformed.

Before a delegate walks through the doors, before the first speaker takes the stage, and before an event comes to life, there are hundreds of details helping shape the experience.

Some of those details start with Emily.

As the creative force behind the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre’s graphic design, Emily helps turn ideas into visuals that guide, welcome, and connect people throughout an event.

Since joining the CTCC team, she’s been exploring new ways design can do more than look good. It can help tell a story, create a feeling, and make every moment in the space feel intentional.

When she’s not creating for the CTCC, you’ll find Emily exploring Calgary’s parks with her dog, hosting card game nights, getting lost in a good book, or picking up a paintbrush just for fun.

We’re grateful for the creativity, curiosity, and care Emily brings to everything she creates.

Each summer, our Glen Rooms transform into the Wild Rose Brewery Rooftop Patio, turning a familiar CTCC room into one of downtown Calgary’s most unique Stampede gathering spots.

With views stretching down Stephen Avenue, the city as the backdrop, and the energy of Stampede all around, it’s a pretty special place to bring people together.

But the best part of this year’s client appreciation event wasn’t the view. It was the people who filled the room.
