We are seeing a slight softening in average prices year-over-year across all property types. If you’ve been waiting for a bit of breathing room, this could be your window.
Fewer homes are changing hands compared to this time last year, with a 10.11% drop in sales over a rolling 30-day period.
Inventory levels are creeping up across the board. Higher inventory means buyers have slightly more leverage and less pressure than they did a week ago.
