9:30 am - Sign In
10:00 - 12:00 - Warm up and General Training
12:00 - 12:30 - Break (members should bring a light lunch)
12:30 - 1:30 - Review of Selected Kata
1:30 - 3:00 - Kobudo K**A kata (Kihon no K**a, Kanegawa no K**a, Tozan nicho Gama)
3:00 - 4:00 - Choice of: Muso Shinden Ryu Iai or Batto-do (members must have proper equipment and fundamental skills - no beginners) or Self-Defense applications from Kata.

Today Marks the Birthday of our Sensei and the anniversary of the dojo! Takes a great man to keep the dojo open for as long as he has. Thanks for all you do Sensei Besler, and happy birthday!

Tis the season to be training! See you all this week. Christmas Party on Wednesday 7-8pm!

Its that time of year again! Karate Christmas Party will be happening Wednesday December 19, 2018 - 7-8pm. Come for a fun class, bring a friend, bring a family member! Parents are welcome to sit in and watch. See you all there.
