Goose is my new inspector.
He’s literally as close as he can be without interfering with the spinning bobbins. I’m going to say this falls under territory.

That empty bobbin moment where you decide what “character” this is going to have. Will it hold its color definition as a two-ply yarn for weaving or would it benefit from a dark green accent thread as a thick and thin art yarn? Decisions, decisions.

Hello Goose! I’m happy to welcome number 31 even if my now resident cat Porter is less than thrilled. Goose is still a little overwhelmed by his new surroundings but is starting to show curiousity toward to foodlady. He’s the most lovely shade of creamy orange and had stunning golden eyes. And yes, he’s missing part of his ear. These are the ones that call to my heart to help them out.

Fresh skeins of merino/silk all headed for the spring tomorrow! I’ve been and nonstop for a couple months to make sure there is a fabulous selection to put on my sales rack. I look forward to seeing my Calgary fiber friends tomorrow!
