Our Story

Hello! Nice to meet you. My name is Sari, professional dancer and choreographer.

My specialty is in teaching the body foundation based on deep knowledge of human anatomy and how to move so that you can display your body in the most beautiful way. In both Halifax and Calgary, I have been told from my students that they finally found somebody who could teach the real mechanics of how to move the body. And I was also told that after each lesson, learning about the dance and musicality rigorously from me, gave her great sense of accomplishment and achievement, which was something she was missing. It is my pleasure to see that what I teach is helping my students’ dance shine brighter.

Dancing is great for your body and mental, because of:

1. Movement: It's so fun dancing, and when you move to the rhythm or match exactly to the timing of rhythm, it will feel amazing, and help your brain produce endorphin, a hormone that will make you feel relaxed and happy!

2. Traveling: It's not only hip work;-) we can also traveling on the dance floor!! Dancing will help you be more active.

3. Isolation: through body control, you will be able to understand how amazing your body is!

4. Community: Through dancing together and having fun in group, you will find a great sense unity and friendship. You will discover a new community of amazing people
