Small+Mighty Project

Our Story

Having three children born premature, this is such a special project for me as it is so close to my heart.

I will never forget the raw emotions I felt as I watched over my little ones daily, the strength, determination and fight it took for each and every breath. A combined total of 200 days were spent in the Calgary's Neonatal Intensive Care Units between my three littles. This photo below is of me holding Rome, one of my 26 weekers, about a month after he was born. Such a precious moment captured in time, I will never forgot those days and will always be extremely grateful for the care they received.

Here at Jacob.Grace we create gift bags + capture memories for the families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Units here in Calgary, Alberta as well as across Canada in honor of World Prematurity Day, November 17th.
