The Honest Collective

Written by Jonathan Larson and beloved worldwide, RENT is a landmark rock musical that reclaims joy, love, and solidarity as acts of defiance. Set during the height of the AIDS crisis, it follows a group of artists, activists, and outcasts fighting for survival amid gentrification, erasure, and systemic neglect. This production reexamines RENT through the lens of q***r liberation, community resilience, and the power of chosen family.
