A massive shoutout to the hub wrestlers for their phenomenal performance at the Canadian Nationals podium this weekend. Immensely proud of each and every one of them, regardless of the outcomes. Witnessing their resilience in tackling both on and off-mat challenges has been truly inspiring. It's been an absolute privilege collaborating with them this season, and I'm eagerly anticipating what lies ahead!
Annika Fines, crowned Jr. 57kg champ, is gearing up to represent Canada at both the Jr. Pan-American Champs and Jr. World Champs! 🥇
Miki Rowbottom's dominated the 62kg weight class, clinching the national title with 3 pins. 🏆
Grace Lew's triumphant conclusion to the season, clinching the 59kg national title, epitomizes her resilience and unwavering determination! 💪
Augusta Eve and Angelina Ellis-Toddington's bronze medal wins at 50kg and 65kg respectively underscore their grit and determination on the mat! 🥉

Wishing this crew the best of luck at the Canadian Olympic Trials this weekend. It has been a pleasure to work with them over the past few months and playing a small but important part in preparing for this stepping stone. Regardless of the outcome I am incredibly proud of all of them and all the work they have put in to get to this moment.
To this day wrestling holds a huge part of my heart and it has truly been a dream come true to work with all of you.

Sad to hear that the place where I started to develop as a coach is gone. Although I have not been there for a while it was an important place where I met a lot of people who taught me and pushed me to where to where I am now. It's the members that really make a special place for a Coach to teach and train, specially as a first job.
