The Last Crusade - Act II

The second act is a Tom Collins riff inspired by Castle Brunwald. Along with the high energy motorcycle and plane escape scenes.

Genever, Gasoline Distillate, Juniper & Vetiver Syrup, Citrus, Musk Distillate, Balsam Fir Bitters, Soda

NOSE: Rich petrol chemical notes mixed with confectionary balsam notes.

PALATE: Malty genever notes with bright citrus and smoky labdanum. The balsam carries over from the nose.

FINISH: Clean and short burst of bright acid.

THE HUNT FOR SIR RICHARD

The Last Crusade Act I

In this first act of the third film we go to Venice for a white Negroni riff. Inspired by the petrol filled catacombs underneath a church where the tomb of Sir Richard lays.

Old Tom Gin, Petrichor Distillate, Barrel-Aged Resin Distillate, Bianco Vermouth, Bitter Bianco, Ambergris Liqueur, Bergamot Liqueur, Champagne Vinegar

NOSE: Oceanic with citrus and floral tones. Faintly animalic with airy undertones.

PALATE: More oceanic notes appear on the palate. Resinous and bright. Wet stone and bergamot near the end.

FINISH: Lightly oxidized white wine notes of grapefruit and white flowers.

Temple of Doom — Act I

It’s Shanghai 1935 and Indy steps into Club Obi-Wan only to find himself poisoned by crime boss Lao Che.

Baijiu, Pink Pepper & Orange Syrup, Citrus, Jasmine Rose & Star Anise Bitters, To***co & Sandalwood Distillate, Champagne

Burnished amber

NOSE
Balsamic vinegar, ripe pineapple, brioche, baked apples, and toasted hazelnuts

Orange marmalade layered with floral jasmine.
Bright pineapple and balsamic, carried by the unmistakable structure of

Anise and rose petals dissolve into soft, creamy woods.
