With the potential for classes to resume in the coming days or weeks, keep in mind the difficulties that may be associated with returning to the learning environment. It is normal to feel overwhelmed and pressured, but remember to take it one step at a time.

Together, the return back to school can be successful. Be patient with your instructors and peers at this time, and give yourself grace as you ease back into school.
