Shop Policies
Hey friends, just a friendly reminder for BEX Vintage shop policies. Our shop is our sanctuary and we want to be a safe space for all. Thank you for keeping our store a fun + inclusive shop for everyone 🙏🏽

Shop conduct: we have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for verbal abuse, sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic discriminatory language or behaviour.

BEX Vintage Holds policy: Holds are at staff’s discretion, for the most part we will not be doing holds on items. Please come to the shop to view new items in person, new inventory will be available in store on a fcfs basis.
BEX Vintage Storage policy: I have no space to store your purchased items longer than the 7 days max pick up timeframe 😅 All items not picked up within the 7 days will incur a storage fee of $20 per item per day for a week, and then $50 per item per day beyond 2 weeks. We can refer you to great movers if you require delivery. If you need storage beyond the 7 day timeframe please look into renting a storage unit short term.

And please keep in mind BEX Vintage is run by one woman and I do my best to accommodate + be kind to everyone. Mr. Mansfield Vintage is a separate shop; we are 2 stores under one roof and our policies are the same. Thank you, Becca
