🇨🇦 Так, можна! Але є кілька важливих умов:

🔹 Можна змінювати і роботу, і професію – головне, щоб:
– Ваш досвід був у TEER 0, 1, 2 або 3 (це кваліфіковані професії)
– Досвід у різних професіях також зараховується — його можна комбінувати

🔹 Робота не обов’язково має бути full-time на одного роботодавця:
– Можна працювати на кількох роботах одночасно
– Підсумовується все, якщо це кваліфікований досвід

🔹 Скільки досвіду потрібно для Express Entry (CEC):
✅ Мінімум 12 місяців безперервної роботи
✅ Мінімум 1560 годин
⚠️ Години понад 30/тиждень не враховуються
⚠️ Навіть якщо ви набрали 1560 годин швидше – раніше ніж за 12 місяців досвід не зарахують

🔹 Part-time робота теж рахується!

As you know Canada reopened its boarders for vaccinated visitors all around the world on September 7, 2021. As we are getting more and more inquiries about visitor visas, we decided to answer one of the most common questions: how long you can stay in Canada as a visitor?

The general rule is you can stay for 6 months at a time unless the boarder officer decided to limit your stay. In this case you will get a stamp in your passport telling you the date, by which you need to leave the country. In other cases, you might receive a special document, that will determine the maximum duration of your visit.

The duration of stay is not limited by calendar year. It means that if you stayed in Canada for 3 months and then returned to your home country, next time you come to visit Canada you can stay for 6 months again, even if it is within the same calendar year.

If you need to stay in Canada longer, you can apply for an extension of status. In this case, you will receive a paper document called “Visitor Record” allowing you to stay in Canada longer.

You have to apply for extension before your status expires. After you applied for extension, even if your 6-months deadline expired before you received an answer, you will continue to maintain your legal status in Canada untill the decision is on your application is made.

Keep in mind, that if you are extending your status by more than 6 months, you might be asked to take a medical exam.
