1500 CLASSES… and our very first to do it! 🎉

Michelle, where do we even begin… from day one of opening our doors, to showing up day in and day out through our virtual COVID workouts, you have truly been a constant in our community.

A certified legend of the 6AM crew, your humor and quick wit keep us laughing even on the earliest mornings. The banter between you, Laverne, and the “three amigos” is something special, and honestly, it wouldn’t be the same without you.

Through it all, even while waiting for your knee replacement, you’ve stayed determined, committed, and showing up to train for your “old lady body” (your words, not ours 😄). That kind of consistency and grit is what makes this milestone so incredible.

1500 classes is no small feat. It’s a reflection of years of dedication, loyalty, and heart. Michelle, the studio simply wouldn’t be what it is without you.
