Celebrating more than four decades of community tradition, the Bearspaw Fall Harvest Market brings together local makers, artisans, food producers, and small businesses for a wonderful autumn weekend in Bearspaw.

We are currently accepting applications for:

🛍 Handmade Goods
🎨 Art & Photography
🏡 Home Décor
🍯 Food & Preserves
🌾 Seasonal Products
☕ Coffee, Baking & Specialty Foods
🎁 Unique Gifts & Retail

Vendor Pricing:

🍂 General Booth – $350/weekend
🍂 Wall / Power Booth – $400/weekend

All vendor applications are reviewed by committee to ensure a balanced and high-quality market experience.

The Bearspaw Community Association will ONLY communicate with vendors using a .org email address.

We will NEVER request payment by e-transfer.

All vendor payments must be completed through our official website checkout system.

If you are contacted through Facebook Messenger or asked to send an e-transfer, it is NOT us.

Your vendor space is not confirmed until:
✔ Application Approved
✔ Vendor Agreement Accepted
✔ Full Payment Received
