In a land not-so-far away… where talent is mighty, snacks are plentiful, and bathroom breaks are perilous… comes THE LORD OF THE SINGS.

Join a fellowship of fearless performers as they journey from The Shire (aka Backstage) through The Mines of Off-Key Moria, bravely facing terrifying beasts such as Stage Fright, Forgotten Lyrics, and That One Guy Who Goes On Too Long.

You’ll witness:

Wizards who definitely missed rehearsal 🧙‍♂️

Hobbits with suspiciously strong jazz hands 🧝‍♀️

A drummer who shall not pass the tempo 🥁

And a finale so epic… even the eagles are considering a standing ovation 🦅

The next 6-week program for Matinee Choir is January 15 - February 26 (no rehearsal February 12) and registration is now open! $150 or FREE for current Youth Singers members.

What is Matinee Choir?
* Daytime choir (Thursdays, 1:30 - 3:00 pm)
* Only 6 weeks!
* No auditions!
* No pressure as there's no performance!
* A small choir singing a diverse repertoire, but leaning more to pop and rock
* FUN!

Who is it for?
* Anyone (18+) that loves to sing!
* Anyone who is free in the afternoon (contract and part-time workers) stay-at-home parents of school-aged children, new moms (bring your baby!)
* Singers that can't commit to full-year or semester-based choir programs
* Singers that don't want to drive at night
