What if leadership didn't have to be lonely?

At PCG, we don't believe in hero leadership. We're governed using sociocracy, a collaborative, consent-based model where decisions get made across small, purpose-driven teams called circles. Each circle owns a specific area of our work, makes decisions together, and reports back to the larger board. No one person carries everything.

Sociocracy runs on a principle we love: "good enough for now, safe enough to try." Decisions don't need to be perfect to move forward. They just need to be something everyone can work with. It's a model built for real people doing real work together.
