Office Administrator
Rectangle Design Inc. is a Calgary-based real estate development firm with 200+ custom homes, townhouses & major renovations completed since 2005.
✨ The Role:
Work with our Operations team to keep projects organized, schedules tight & the office running smoothly.
🛠 You Bring:
• 5+ yrs office admin experience (construction/design preferred)
• Strong communication & organization skills
• Experience with POs, scheduling & project coordination
• Proficiency in QuickBooks + Google Suite
• Must already live in Calgary (in-office role)

🕘 Mon–Fri, 9–5
