[Mentorship]

We had the pleasure of hosting Rachel Lung this past week for our first in person mentorship.

Rachel made the trip from Revelstoke, where she works as both a physiotherapist and strength coach. Professionals like Rachel are rare, someone deeply committed to relationships, continuous growth, and providing the best possible care for her clients. We were honoured she chose to spend the week with us.

Our in person mentorship is designed to give coaches and therapists a true look under the hood at Bold Athlete. Throughout the week, attendees experience every aspect of what we do, from programming and coaching, to track sessions, recovery days, on ice work, and everything in between with athletes ranging from U13 to the professional level.

More than simply observing, attendees are immersed in the process. They coach alongside our staff, ask questions in real time, and gain hands on experience applying concepts in a high performance environment. The goal is to bridge the gap between theory and practice while building meaningful relationships and having in depth conversations around training, rehabilitation, and athlete development.

Our in person mentorship is one of three pillars of our continuing education platform, alongside our seminar series and webinars.

Education has become a huge part of what we do at Bold, and we’re excited to continue building a community of coaches and therapists committed to getting better together.
