Learning how to become a mental match for the life I love has been at the heart of every transformation I’ve been through.
From hating my body to loving it.
From punishing my body to caring for it.
From people pleasing to healthy boundaries.
From drowning in debt to living in abundance.
From feeling like a victim to being empowered.
From one-sided friendships to reciprocal friendships.
From a fierce inner critic to a loving inner cheerleader.
From exhausting cycles of burnout to a career I adore.
From being a distracted parent to being an engaged mama.
From feeling not good enough to knowing I am inherently worthy.
From struggling romantic relationships to a thriving romantic partnership.
Each evolution I went through came down to one core concept.
I had to become a mental match for it.
What exactly does this mean?
If you want to live an abundant life …
… a scarcity mindset will keep you trapped in lack.
If you want a loving, healthy relationship …
… an insecure attachment style will make it tricky.
If you want to develop healthy self-care habits …
… strengthening self-love will make it easier.
If you want to feel in flow with life …
… a regulated nervous system will help a lot.
If you want to love your life …
… moving through fear will get you there.
Through a twenty-plus career in the field of psychology - helping people like you heal their past, love the present, and light up the future - I developed hundreds of tools to help my clients (and myself!) become a mental match for the life they love.
These are the tools that I turn to time and time again, for myself and the people I work with.
Many of those tools are tucked into my annual life design process … Thrive.
I’ve been sharing this experience (with some refreshes every year), for over a decade.
Through this process I have moved (and guided others) from suffering to surviving to thriving.
I’d be delighted to support you in becoming a mental match for the life you love, whatever that is.
Because, I believe, with my whole heart, that when you live a life you love you add love to life.
Let’s tip our world in the direction of more love.
Yes? Yes.

Life design has a very special place in my heart.
I believe we must continually choose the life we love over and over again.
A fundamental part of designing a life you love is refusing to settle
for the reality that life has been handing you
(unless that’s the life you want).
Saying, “Nah, not that. This!”
And then, using the power of your mind to remix your world.
Again and again and again.
If you know me, you know I’m a big believer in the power of consciously designing our lives.
Which is why every year I go through my process to reflect on what I’ve come through, release what I’ve outgrown, and redesign the life I love.
That’s why, every year, I take myself (and others!) through my life design process where we consistently create shifts in our inner and outer worlds that allow us to keep moving in the direction of the lives we love.
I’m in constant evolution and I’ve learned some new processes that have been revolutionary for me.
If you are ready to fully inhabit your you-ness and step into a life you love,
I am excited to support you in Thrive.
We live a life we love for ourselves.
We live a life we love for the people we care about.
We live a life we love for the generations to come.

I spent the weekend in the opulent wild with my Unicorn to go through Thrive Together (my conscious life design process for couples).
It’s for couples who choose to consciously design their lives instead of defaulting to whatever leftovers time and circumstance hand them.
Being in the wide open spaces, next to the majestic mountains, with my precious person, invited me to reflect on our next evolution.
I’m remembering to remember how we get better answers when we ask better questions.
We dove deep …
💛 Are there any rules we’re following that don’t make sense anymore?
💛 Are there labels we’ve outgrown as individuals or as a couple?
💛 What is your mind/body/soul trying to tell you these days?
💛 What did we do this year that we want less/more of?
💛 What deeply matters to you and how can we honour more of that together?
When two people slow down long enough to get curious, clarity shows up.
And clarity is sexy in its own way.
It makes decisions easier and priorities sharper.
It creates a relationship that feels like home.
The Thrive Together playbook is a bonus you receive when you sign up for Thrive.

Hey!
You’re doing a really good job at life.
Of course you’ll get it wrong, make mistakes, create messes, miss the boat … you’re human.
Just keep learning and growing.
The hard stuff is an opportunity to create something beautiful, a chance to close the gap between where you are now and where you want to be.
You’ve already come so far. I respect the energy and effort you’re putting in to get to where you want to be.
You’ve got this.
I love you.
(sent a version of this to the Suns today and it felt good to my mama-heart, feel free to copy and paste and spread the love) 💛
