May 3rd through the 9th marks National Hospice Palliative Care Week.
Of the nearly 300,000 Canadians who face a serious illness every year, close to half are not able to access palliative care services. Everyone in Canada dealing with a life limiting illness deserves the best possible support and care.
Rosedale Hospice strives to offer that compassionate end-of-life care to patients and support to their families. Together with groups like the Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association, we're contributing to the important goal of providing Palliative Care EVERYWHERE.
