If you are like me, Christmas shopping tends to fall by the way-side until the last moment. This year, like last - our economy has taken a hit and with that so have small businesses. This year I challenge you to support local whenever you can. Whether that means getting a coffee from your local coffee shop, rather than large chains such as Starbucks, or purchasing a gift for your loved ones from a local vendor. Every purchase truly matters and can make an impact.
