We're hiring: Manager, Contact Centre Performance & Analytics.

Every call, text, and chat that comes through Distress Centre Calgary is a person reaching out at a hard moment.

Behind the scenes, good data is what helps us answer faster, plan our teams well, and keep improving the support we provide.

We're looking for someone to lead that work: turning operational data into clear insights across our crisis response, navigation, and provincial service lines, including 211 and 988, and in collaboration with CMHA Edmonton.

In this role, you'll:
- Lead performance reporting and workforce analytics
- Build KPIs and a performance measurement framework
- Turn complex data into narratives that guide decisions for leadership and funders
- Use forecasting and modelling to plan for what's ahead

What you bring:
- 3 to 6 years in a contact centre environment, working with -telephony systems
- Strong analytical, statistical, and forecasting skills
- A degree in business, social sciences, public administration, or a related field
- A talent for making complex data clear and meaningful
