Invitation To Dance

We're deep into Spring Session now and something we've been noticing in the studio lately is hard not to smile about.

The dancers are finding each other!

We say it every season but it really does happen every time: kids who were strangers in September are finishing each other's sentences by May.

The friendships that form inside a dance studio have a particular quality to them.

There's something about working hard toward something together, struggling through the same combinations, celebrating the same wins, that builds a bond pretty fast.

If your kid has come home lately talking about their dance friends, good.
That's the whole point.
The dancing is important.
The humans they become while they're dancing together might be even more important.
