Whether you're a player, goaltender, new to the sport, or returning for another season, this interactive session will provide skills and drills you can practice throughout the off-season while connecting with other girls, women, and gender-diverse para hockey players.

🔹 Players: Stick(s) and a ball (golf, tennis, racquetball, etc.)
🔹 Goaltenders: Tennis ball and theraband
🔹 Sledges and gloves are welcome but not required
