After years of stagnation, Gallup’s 2026 report shows employee wellbeing is finally on the rise, with the share of “thriving” workers climbing for the first time in three years. We don’t think it’s accidental. Greater clarity around flexible work policies has given employees more certainty and control, mental health conversations have made it safer to set boundaries, and organizations that invested in human-centered design are starting to see it pay off. 

Better spaces create better days, and this upward trajectory signals exactly the kind of shift that thoughtful environments help make possible.
