Veterans Food Drive | Canadian Legacy Project The Canadian Legacy Project was developed to be an organization that advocates for our veterans and supports them by creating programs and events to help improve their everyday lives.

Some of you may not know who Iam so I will give a brief run down.
I am Jeff (Mustang), the primary Admin for this group. I set this page up to encourage people to get out and not be zombies. I try to have some fun with it and encourage any group outtings but i usually post activities related to physical activity as that is where i need the most encouragement and support.
I am an officer on a local amateur sports team (Crimson Sabres) that also does a lot of charity and community events which keeps me busy a lot of the year. Between planning sessions and events though I have downtime that is very easy to use to "relax" and fall out of shape or retreat from people.
This group is intended to provide a focus for myself and others to organize interaction to avoid that.
