🌞 Next Generation Day Camp
Day 2 Update! 🌞

We are officially on Day 2 of our Next Generation Day Camp, and it has been an incredible start to the week! 🎉

Our campers have been staying active through games, creating amazing crafts, learning together during our morning circle, and building new friendships every day.

One of today’s highlights was the opportunity for our campers to connect with the Korean Day Camp workers at the Sportsplex, as they prepare.
It was wonderful to see the children communicating, and learning from their new friends, showing that friendship can bring people together across cultures. 💙

We were also proud to have Siksika Tiny Tot Princess Kaiza Weasel Child join us wholeheartedly throughout the day.
Kaiza encouraged her fellow campers to attend powwows this summer, shared the importance of celebrating our culture, and even inspired some of the children to consider running for the 2027 Siksika Tiny Tot Princess title, next year.
Her kindness, confidence, and enthusiasm truly make her a wonderful role model for our youth. 👑🧡

We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week has in store as we continue making memories, learning new skills, and strengthening friendships together.

If you have a child who would like to attend tomorrow, you can register on the gym side before camp begins. Walk-ins are welcome while spots are available!

At this time we are not taking phone registration, you will need to come in and register + sign in your child.

⚠️ COMMUNITY PLAYGROUND CLEAN-UP POSTPONED ⚠️

Due to the forecasted weather, tomorrow’s Community Playground Clean-Up in Suzy Slough has been postponed.

📍 Location: Suzy Slough Playground

The safety of our volunteers comes first, and we want to make sure everyone can enjoy the event in better conditions.

We hope you’ll still be able to join us as we work together to keep our playgrounds clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone.
