The Econoline is beautiful on top, but underneath is just as exceptional.

We hand built the entire chassis from front to back. For those unfamiliar, these trucks are originally a unibody, we cut out all the existing frame and built a body on frame system instead. This was the first clear choose the customer came to us with.

A very unique Epic suspension to work in some tight constraints under the wheel tubes that mount the seat directly. Custom designed IFS with mustang 2 spindles and power rack and pinion. The rear is much more simple with a 4 link and panhard on a 9" Ford housing.

Chassis is fully air bagged with 7" of travel. Slam ss6 up front and slam ts-7 in the rear. controlled by airlift 3P.

One of my favorite features is the brake system. We have a power booster and master assembly that runs outside the frame. The pedal arm is uniquely shaped to clear the steering shaft and V-dog 90 degree box. The arm pushed on a lever and shaft assembly to work the master in the opposite direction from normal.

A small fun fact. The original vehicle had a 200lbs counter weight bolted to the bottom of the box floor. The owner had a second one to mate so we had them water jet to a shape to match the frame and machined them flat and notched for bolts so we could secure the two to the chassis over the diff housing. Intended for some added traction being so naturally light in the back end.

The fuel tank is hand made to fit within the rails and make sure we have plenty of fuel volume for out of town driving. Thanks
