I really hate closing subscriptions. I do like to work with people, but when emails are ignored for at least a month, and notification that the subscription has been paused result in crickets for another two weeks, I have no choice but to close that subscription. All it really takes is a phone call to either work something out or just have the file closed earlier... I guess the point is, please pick up your files.
