New Australian research by lead author Dr. Emma Miller from Flinders University in Adelaide notes that along with other factors, such as lack of exercise, the risk of breast cancer increases with even a single alcoholic drink a day, especially in women over 45. Dr. Miller believes that this information is being activelay suppressed by the alcohol industry.
If you are struggling with anxiety or boredom keep in mind that doing volunteer work or service to others can be a great mood booster and has been found to be good for overall mental health.
Don’t be surprised or alarmed that world political and current events can be quite distressing. They clearly are and I think it’s better to be tuned in and vigilant rather than live in denial over the upheaval in our culture these days.
