The Government of Canada will reserve 5,000 federal admission spaces for provinces and territories to nominate licensed doctors with job offers. These spaces are in addition to the annual Provincial Nominee Program allocations. IRCC no longer give points for job offer:

As of March 25, 2025, IRCC is removing job offer points from the Comprehensive Ranking System for current and future candidates in the Express Entry pool.
It may take a few days for your score to show correctly, no need to contact IRCC unless the problem continue more than a week.
Job offer still needs to be declared in the profile.
Job offer is still considered a part of eligibility criteria a of streams like FST, FAW and some streams under PNP.
