Kent Imaging partners with JCare Medical Technology Co. Limited to bring advanced near-infrared tissue oxygenation imaging to the Asia-Pacific region.
“JCare's established presence and deep expertise in advanced wound care make them an ideal partner to reach clinicians in the Asia-Pacific area,” said Pierre Lemire, Chief Executive Officer of Kent Imaging. “Together, we are providing powerful, objective tissue viability data to more clinicians and patients, working towards the ultimate goal of improving patient outcomes.”
JCare Medical Technology Co. Limited, headquartered in Kowloon, Hong Kong, is a recognized market leader in the distribution of advanced wound care, compression therapy, and related medical technology products across Hong Kong and Macau.
"SnapshotNIR is a natural fit for our portfolio and our clinical partners," said Mr. Joe Lee, Managing Director of JCare Medical Technology. "In wound care and surgical settings, having objective, real-time data on tissue viability changes how clinicians approach treatment decisions. We are excited to introduce this technology to the Hong Kong and Macau markets and to work alongside Kent Imaging."

62–76% better healing rates. 19,000+ wounds analyzed. 22 US states. Real clinicians. Real patients. Real results.
The study found that providers used SnapshotNIR for:
- care plan evaluation (92.98%)
- tissue oxygenation trending (66.65%)
- evaluation of the necessity and effectiveness of debridement (29.16%)
- microcirculation or vascular referral assessment (8.89%)
SnapshotNIR could provide rapid capture of objective data at point-of-care, allowing clinicians to make timely interventions. This means less reliance on subjective monitoring.

It is difficult to fight what you cannot see. The wound that looked clean and viable on week four might be losing the battle beneath the surface. The Snapshot Suite shines a light on the colors of wound care to bridge the gap between clinical intuition and objective data.
SnapshotGLO can help you detect high bacterial loads in a wound, seen on the screen as a fluorescent "glow."
Cyan and red fluorescence may indicate harmful bacteria even when a patient isn’t presenting with typical signs and symptoms of infection.
This information allows for more targeted debridement, more effective cleansing, and more precise tissue culture decisions.
