Weekly Tip:

The average person is not consuming near enough fibre! Here are some great ways to add more fibre to your diet:
- increasing intake of raw fruits and veggies
- adding ground flaxseeds or chia seeds to yogurt, smoothies or cereal
-consuming beans and legumes
-eating more whole grains, i.e.: oats, brown rice, quinoa, etc.
