Here to simplify your approach to training.
Stop waiting until you’re perfect.
Because I’m certainly not expecting you to be.
Life is going to happen. Some weeks you’ll feel unstoppable. Other weeks you’ll be exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed, or just trying to keep your head above water.
That doesn’t mean you’ve failed.
It means you’re human.
So stop waiting until you’re “ready.”
Just start where you are.
I’ll meet you there. 🤍

Stronger doesn’t come with more motivation. You’re not lacking what another woman has.
That person you want to be…
She gets up when she doesn’t feel like it.
She makes breakfast and eats it when skipping would have been easier.
Makes the choice to show up to that gym when insecure thoughts are running rampant.
She speaks up and asks questions.
None of these feel like huge moments.
But every single choice is another tally for who you want to be.
So get going lady - I’ve got your back.
One of the biggest shifts I ever made wasn’t finding more motivation.
It was deciding that taking care of myself wasn’t up for debate anymore.
I don’t wake up wondering if I’ll brush my teeth.
I don’t wake up wondering if I’ll go to work.
So why was I waking up every day wondering if I was going to do the one thing that made me feel stronger, healthier, and more confident?
The more we negotiate with ourselves, the easier it becomes to talk ourselves out of showing up.
You don’t need to be motivated every day.
You need to decide that the woman you’re becoming keeps promises to herself.
💬 What’s one habit you’ve made non-negotiable in your life? Or... what’s one you know needs to become one?

You’ve done it before.
You eat more than you planned yesterday, so today you decide you’ll skip meals.
Or yesterday wasn’t “perfect,” so you tell yourself you’ll start again on Monday.
Or you get frustrated, throw your hands up, and overeat because you already “messed up.”
Stop.
One day doesn’t define your progress. But letting one day turn into two, three, or seven absolutely can.
Don’t let yesterday make today’s decisions.
Follow the plan. F the mood.
The people who reach their goals aren’t perfect—they’re just really good at getting back on track without making things worse.
So if yesterday wasn’t your best day, that’s okay.
Just don’t f**k up today because you’re still mad about yesterday.
It’s almost always the same story… just to different extents.
“I’ve tried everything.”
“I just can’t lose the weight.”
“Maybe my body just isn’t meant to change.”
But here’s what I’ve learned after coaching so many incredible women:
Most of the time, you’re not broken.
You’ve just been taught to believe that eating less, doing more cardio, and chasing a lower number on the scale is the answer.
It isn’t.
Your body needs enough food.
It needs strength training.
It needs patience.
And it needs consistency.
These things take time, but I promise they’re worth it.
I’ve coached women through this over and over again, and there is nothing more rewarding than watching someone stop doubting themselves and start believing in what their body is capable of.
Your success genuinely feels like my success. I want to see you thrive, build confidence, and realize you’re capable of so much more than you think.
If this resonates with you, send me a message. I’d love to help you build a plan that actually works for *your* life. 🤍

You get caught up in the process. The getting better the being better.
But don’t forget. Don’t forget that woman a year ago, two years, ten years…who would say “wow…I’m proud of us, look how far you’ve come, is that really us?” Or all of the women you’ve been inspiring on your journey.
Yes we want to be better. We want to get stronger, but we will. Just don’t forget where you’ve been.
Keep on going ❤️🔥

Fitness didn’t just change my body.
It gave me back parts of myself I’d thought I’d lost forever.
Not the version who lived to please everyone.
Not the version who constantly doubted herself.
Just wholeheartedly me. 💕
Stronger. Healthier. More confident.
This isn’t a “new” me. It’s just more me.
I’m becoming myself again. 😭

I’ve started seeing it again.
The “eat as little as possible.”
The endless cardio.
The obsession with seeing the lowest number on the scale.
And it honestly makes me sad.
Because if the only goal is to lose weight, what happens when you get there?
Did you learn how to fuel your body?
Did you build muscle that will keep you independent as you age?
Did you create habits you can actually sustain?
Did your kids watch you nourish yourself instead of constantly trying to shrink yourself?
The goal shouldn’t be to weigh less at any cost.
The goal should be to build a body that is strong, capable, energized, and healthy enough to carry you through every stage of life.
Weight loss can absolutely be part of that journey.
But if you lose the weight without building the habits, the confidence, the strength, and the lifestyle that got you there… you’ll likely find yourself right back where you started.
Build the habits first.
The body you’re after will follow. ❤️
