Canadian Legacy Project
This is a trying time for many of our Canadian Veterans as they try to integrate back to civilian life.

Did you know? In a 2023 study, the Canadian Veterans' Well-being Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) conducted by Veterans Affairs Canada, veterans expressed a greater need for recognition and appreciation of their sacrifices and selflessness in service.
Veterans identified a unique necessity for their health and well-being - the importance of feeling recognized, appreciated, and remembered for their military service and the contributions it made to Canadian society, both historically and in the present day.
Many veterans joined the armed forces knowing they could risk their lives. While their service brought positive experiences, they spoke of long-lasting impacts on their health and relationships, including chronic pain and strained family ties. Some felt their immense personal sacrifices were not fully understood by civilians. https://www.canadianlegacy.org/
In a very important episode of Operation Tango Romeo, Amanda Achtman, Founder of Dying to Meet You and Ethics Director at Canadian Physicians for life, and Mark discuss MAID and the horrific reality of it. They discuss MAID and how it's being pushed onto people, the effects of MAID on families and society, some personal stories and anecdotes related to MAID and much more.
