I'm please you have connected with Jade Tree Healing. In a nutshell, I am a free spirited Canadian woman moving through life at the beat of my hearts desire. I have aligned my career with my passion and am currently residing in North Wales with my partner, whom I met on my travels in Australia.
I'm on a mission to help women gracefully stand in their power and lead from their heart through Intuitive Coaching, Yoga & Mindfulness.
When we lose connection from our heart space, we lose connection with our true self and our inner power. This can bring up anxiety, imbalance, frustration, strong self- criticism, feeling uninspired, bored, fatigue and lost. Stepping into our true self and into our power, connects us to fulfilment, joy, inspiration, confidence, peace and empowerment.
