I think just about everybody I talk to has had someone close to them with cancer or even had it themselves. My family has had a lot of first hand experience as well but I have also seen how impressive our treatment plans are in Alberta. Further funding can help to fight this terrible disease and maybe one day even cure it.

The Tour of Alberta for Cancer has been a huge contributor since 2012 in this fight by raising funds for over 17 treatment facilities here in Alberta. In addition, the money has funded over 500 clinical trials for new treatments. This has made a Alberta a leader in cancer treatment and something I'm proud to support.

To raise funds I will be riding 200km over 2 days in the Strathmore area on my road bike along with many other participants. I will also be personally matching contributions up to $5,000. Thank you in advance for your support!
