7 years for Super Visa applicants (Parents and Grand Parents Visa).

On Tuesday June 7, 2022. The Honourable Sean Fraser, Minister of Immigration Refugee and citizenship Canada announced new changes to the Supper Visa program ( parents and grand parents visa). The new enhancements is aimed at uniting families.
Summery of the amendments are:

- 5 years length of stay for supper visa holders.
- Opportunity to extend for additional 2 years while in canada.
- Designated international medical is Surance cop at may now provide coverage for supper visa applicants
The new amendment takes effect from July 4, 2022.
