Depression does not always look the same for everyone.

Sleep and mental health are closely connected.
When sleep is disrupted, stress tolerance can decrease and pain or anxiety can feel more intense.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is an evidence-based approach that helps retrain unhelpful sleep patterns and the thoughts and behaviours that interfere with rest.
