For this project, the goal was never to compete with the landscape. It was to frame it. Every design decision, from the expansive glazing and atrium skylights to the warm material palette and open layout, was made to strengthen the connection between the home and its surroundings.

Designed as a showcase home for West Ridge Fine Homes at Springwater Hill, this mountain modern residence embraces the challenges of its sloping lot to create bright, inviting spaces that feel both luxurious and deeply connected to nature.

A modern interpretation of French Country living that feels equally at home in the Alberta landscape.

Nestled in the countryside near DeWinton, this custom estate home blends timeless Modern French Country architecture with thoughtful functionality for a retired couple who wanted plenty of space to host their children and grandchildren.

One of the most rewarding parts of this project was seeing it delivered not only under budget, but ahead of schedule. Originally budgeted at $2.2M, the home was completed for $1.8M and delivered three months early. A testament to an engaged, decisive client and the incredible team at Sunset Homes, whose proactive communication and planning helped bring the vision to life.

Thoughtful density starts with thoughtful design.

This Montgomery multi family project was shaped by more than just what could fit on the site. With dual street frontages, steep walkout grading, and rear facing views, the property offered plenty of opportunities to maximize density. Instead, the focus became creating housing that respected the existing community while making the most of a unique piece of land.

The result is a traditional farmhouse inspired development featuring 5 homes and 5 secondary suites across 3 lots. A balanced approach that adds much needed housing while maintaining a scale that feels at home in the neighbourhood.

This Elbow Park custom home was built around evolution. A space that reflects two people starting their lives together, while quietly leaving room for everything still to come. From the upper yoga studio and library to the way the home captures light and views from every angle, every decision was made with intention.
