Earth Day is often framed around big commitments, but impact is also built through small, consistent actions. 🌎
This year, we’re keeping it simple and adding a bit of fun.
In support of , we’re kicking off Earth Day Bingo across our teams this week, encouraging practical, everyday choices that can add up over time. From cutting down on food waste to skipping a car trip, it’s all about turning awareness into lasting habits (and maybe a little friendly competition along the way).
With colleagues and clients across North America and the Caribbean, we see firsthand how environmental challenges show up differently through wildfires, extreme storms, shifting precipitation, and plastic pollution. This is one small way to make the connection between these impacts and our day-to-day actions more tangible.
Want to play along? See how many squares you and your team can check off this week! ✅

💧 Advancing Resilience Across the Caribbean Water Sector
Earlier this month, our team joined industry leaders at the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA) 34th Annual Conference & Exhibition in Belize, contributing to the dialogue on innovation and resilience in island water infrastructure.
➡️ Nick St-Georges, Vice President – International, contributed to the Caribbean Development Bank’s stakeholder workshop, “Co-Creating a Caribbean Water Sector Resilience Programme.”
Alongside policymakers, utilities, and financiers, Nick helped shape a framework to strengthen operational, financial, and institutional resilience across the Caribbean water sector. His contributions focused on wastewater treatment for reuse, and bridging innovative design, policy alignment, and long-term sustainability to accelerate regional implementation.
➡️ Sam Neilands, Director of Business Development – Caribbean, presented “Closing the Water Cycle Through Efficient and Innovative Technologies.”
Sam shared case studies from across the region—showcasing how integrated water reuse, resource recovery, and modular treatment technologies are helping small island nations transition from linear systems to circular, resilient infrastructure. His session highlighted the role of data-driven operations and decentralized systems in strengthening water security and sustainability across small island developing states.
We’re grateful to support in shaping the Caribbean's path toward resilient, circular water infrastructure, advancing integrated systems that safeguard communities and shared resources.

🌍 This Earth Day, We're Turning Awareness into Action 🌱
At Integrated Sustainability, is a time to reflect on the role we each play in protecting the planet.
As leaders in executing meaningful sustainable outcomes through leading-edge project delivery, we’re very proud that our work actively contributes to environmental resilience — from advancing water security and reducing emissions to restoring natural ecosystems. But we know that collective, everyday choices matter too.
This year, we’ve launched an internal initiative to help our team explore their personal environmental impact. For every team member who completes the ClimateHero carbon footprint quiz, Integrated Sustainability will donate $5 per person — with donations split between two organizations that reflect our geographic reach and sustainability values:
🌿 Nature Conservancy of Canada / Conservation de la nature Canada
🌊 Barbados Environmental Conservation Trust
These contributions support critical efforts that protect our planet for future generations — reinforcing our belief that sustainability starts with awareness and is driven by .
