I want to tell you about my journey of transformation.🔥

My journey is like many others. I struggled hard. There were days when I didn’t want to get out of bed. Where I had so much self doubt I thought what’s the point - why f*&^%ing bother?

It was super challenging. I felt so unheard, unseen and unrecognized for my value. I felt so alone and unsupported and I doubted myself all the time.

🪷But I knew there was more. There was this little glimpse of yearning and curiosity inside, this spark of desire for something different. The hope that there was.

So I didn’t give up, but I literally had to just let go. I had to surrender each day to what came in and trust it. Take those action steps that were truly little nuggets that would just drop in, and go with them.

I had to find laughter where I could, 🤣I danced in the car (and made my kids roll their eyes), I would sing when I felt called to. I had to step into a different space on purpose, even if it was just incrementally. And things began to transform…

When you are on your journey of transformation nothing else matters. Your soul is singing, calling to you and it is an experience you cannot ignore. ✨

As spiritual beings it is our natural birthright, choice even to play on Earth and transform. To shift, allow, experience and move towards that space of divine enlightenment. Reaching for what our soul knows at birth and yet we evolve away from as we grow older, as we become more immersed in the world.

We are not on this planet to struggle…
