AVA is currently looking for individuals interested in this snow removal season. No experience needed and you can be paid cash at the end of day! $18-$22/hr

AVA Maintenance Management is filling full-time Crew leader and general labour positions for snow and ice management within our company.

Competitive wages, full time/part time/casual work, friendly team oriented environment focused on quality workmanship while working safely and efficiently.

To be a successful candidate with our team you need to have the following attributes:

- Have a clean class (5) drivers license and your own vehicle to get to work.

- Experience driving a truck and trailer would be beneficial.

- Physically fit and like working outdoors. Ability to lift 50 lbs.

- Possess good time management skills

- Safety oriented.

- Work well in a team environment.

- Possess a positive attitude and friendly demeanor and be able to deal with clients on site.

Previous property maintenance experience is considered an asset, but is not required.

Starting Wages $20 - $25 depending upon experience.
