Beginning of September we have two new tenants moving in to two of our suites. Tenant screening is incredibly important. We run credit checks, check all references, phone work places. Although we have had some personality differences with tenants in the past, we have had some met some great people over the years. Providing homes to renters is not easy, but it can be rewarding.
