How does one make a regular day to day treat to a memorable bite of pastry?

we started off our banana loaf journey with dark chocolate and walnuts, something very basic that you can probably find in a grocery store. Then we upgraded it by adding ube into the batter, giving it a more in depth flavour. Mixing banana and a potato together! Imagine that! We even use Ube extract in the glaze to give it a spring look! Check out photo 3! But perhaps it was too out there and it was not aa popular as we have hoped!

So our question was, how can we claim a banana loaf, done in Butterblock style? We all agree our almond croissant is our best seller, so this time we made our almond filling and mashed in the banana as the base then use that in our loaf recipe!
