Registration is now open for the May - June session, and we'd love to see you in the studio!
Today we're spotlighting our Plus-Size Yoga Level 2 class, on Wednesday mornings at 10:45 a.m.
This class is a terrific for students of any size who
🔹 have previously taken at least one session of yoga
🔹 want to explore a wider range of poses and expand their practice
🔹 want to gradually and safely build strength and endurance
🔹 are able to kneel on the floor (we have props for cushioning!)

Prospective students sometimes ask, "What size does someone have to be to take plus-size yoga?"
Good news! We don't discriminate based on size! While our plus-size classes are a safe place for women in larger bodies, they are also attended by people who wouldn't be conventionally considered "plus-sized."
Regardless of size, our Wednesday morning class (9:15 a.m.) is a terrific for
🔹 beginners who are brand-new to yoga
🔹 people with cranky knees who can't kneel on the floor
🔹 those with injuries who require customized poses
🔹 anyone looking for a slower, gentler practice
