Do this for 60 seconds

This position opens your chest and hip flexors, which are often tight from sitting and poor posture. By bringing your body into extension, you help counteract that constant forward position.

At the same time, you improve mobility in your spine and reduce tension in your upper back, which can help you stand more upright and move with less restriction.

This can support better posture and reduce the feeling of tightness in your shoulders and chest.
