Analog Coffee has just dropped two spring seasonal drinks worth knowing about.

The Tokyo Fog is iced Earl Grey tea and vanilla, topped with a smooth matcha cold foam - earthy, a little floral, and surprisingly cozy for a cold drink.

The Lavender Matcha Cloud is iced coconut water and lavender, finished with that same matcha cold foam. Light, beautiful to look at, and genuinely delicious.

Both are on now at Analog Coffee, right in the heart of Greenwich Village.
